Any Grade A milk or milk product shall be adulterated if:\n\n1. It bears or contains any poisonous, deleterious, or\n\ninhibitor substance in a quantity which may render it injurious to\n\nhealth;\n\n2. It bears or contains any added poisonous, inhibitor, or\n\ndeleterious substance for which no safe tolerance has been\n\nestablished by state rule or federal regulations, or in excess of\n\nthe tolerance if one has been established;\n\n3. It consists, in whole or in part, of any substance unfit for\n\nhuman consumption;\n\n4. It has been produced, processed, prepared, packed, held, or\n\ntransported under unsanitary conditions;\n\n5. Its container is composed, in whole or in part, of any\n\npoisonous or deleterious substance which may render the contents\n\ninjurious to health; or\n\n6. Any substance has been added, mixed, packed, or any process\n\napplied to increase its bulk or weight, or reduce its quality,\n\nstrength, or make it appear better or of greater value than it is.\n\nB. Grade A milk and milk products shall be misbranded when:\n\n1. Their containers bear or accompany any false or misleading\n\nwritten, printed, or graphic matter;\n\n2. The milk and milk products do not conform to the definitions\n\nin the Oklahoma Milk and Milk Products Act;\n\n3. The products are not labeled in accordance with the Oklahoma\n\nMilk and Milk Products Act; and\n\n4.
