Since analytical results may not become available until\n\nafter the milk and milk products reach retail stores and consumers,\n\nthe Commissioner of Agriculture, for the imperative protection of\n\npublic health, safety, and welfare, as defined in the Administrative\n\nProcedures Act, shall upon receipt of the analysis, notify and\n\nsuspend the permit of a dairy farm or milk plant:\n\n1. Which produced raw milk containing an inhibitor, for at\n\nleast twenty-four (24) hours and until the cause is corrected and\n\nthe raw milk is found to be free of inhibitors; or\n\n2. Which produced or processed milk that, in any consecutive\n\nsix (6) months, exceeded in three of the last five samples the limit\n\nof the standard for the milk, in accordance with Section 7-409 of\n\nthis title for at least twenty-four (24) hours and until the dairy\n\nfarm or milk plant is inspected and/or sampled and found to be in\n\ncompliance.\n\nB. The Commissioner shall notify and suspend the permit of a\n\nfacility refusing to allow an inspection of the applicable premises\n\nas required by the Oklahoma Milk and Milk Products Act or upon a\n\nsecond consecutive inspection, conducted not less than seventy-two\n\n(72) hours nor more than twenty-one (21) days after the first\n\ninspection, disclosing gross neglect of cleaning of milk contact\n\nsurfaces. This suspension shall continue until an inspection is\n\nallowed or the milk contact surfaces are found to be clean.\n\nC.
