Attempt to produce, haul, process or distribute milk or milk\n\nproducts without an appropriate and valid permit;\n\n2. Sell, offer or expose for sale as Grade A any adulterated or\n\nmisbranded milk or milk product;\n\n3. Sell, offer, expose for sale or serve milk and milk products\n\nwhich have not been maintained at or below the temperature specified\n\nby the State Board of Agriculture;\n\n4. Dip or ladle Grade A milk and milk products;\n\n5. Transfer Grade A milk and milk products at any location\n\nother than a permitted Grade A facility designed and equipped for\n\nsuch purpose;\n\n6. Prevent, interfere or attempt to impede the Commissioner\n\nfrom investigating and enforcing the Oklahoma Milk and Milk Products\n\nAct;\n\n7. Sell or serve Grade A milk and milk products from other than\n\nthe individual container, or approved bulk dispenser, received from\n\nthe distributor; or\n\n8.
