Stat. tit. 2, § 2-8-24","heading":"Records - File samples - Inspection","body":"Each person whose name appears on the label and handles\n\nagricultural and vegetable seed subject to this subarticle shall\n\nkeep, for a period of at least two (2) years, complete records of\n\neach lot of agricultural or vegetable seed handled, and shall keep\n\nfor at least one (1) year a file sample of each lot of seed after\n\nfinal disposition.
