The Legislature hereby occupies and preempts the entire\n\nfield of legislation in this state touching in any way the\n\nregulation and enforcement of the registration, labeling, sale,\n\nstorage, transportation, distribution, notification of use, and use\n\nof seeds to the complete exclusion of any order, ordinance or\n\nregulation by any municipality or other political subdivision of\n\nthis state.\n\nB. No political subdivision shall regulate the registration,\n\npackaging, labeling, sale, storage, distribution, use or application\n\nof seeds. No political subdivision shall adopt or continue in\n\neffect local orders, ordinances, or regulations in this field,\n\nexcept for those relating to taxation relating to registration,\n\npackaging, labeling, sale, storage, distribution, use or application\n\nof seeds.
