Stat. tit. 2, § 2-8-27","heading":"Seizure - Condemnation","body":"Any agricultural seed or vegetable seed sold, offered for sale,\n\nor exposed for sale in violation of any of the provisions of this\n\nsubarticle or rules promulgated thereto shall be subject to seizure\n\non petition of the State Board of Agriculture to a court in the\n\nlocality in which the seed is located.
