Stat. tit. 2, § 2-8-31","heading":"Use of term \"certified\" - Certification by foreign","body":"inspection agency - State agencies for certification.\n\nNo person shall use the term \"certified\", alone or with other\n\nwords, or use any other term or words which suggest certification by\n\na designated inspection agency, orally or in writing, relative to\n\nany agricultural or vegetable seeds, any tubers for seeding\n\npurposes, or plants or plant parts, sold or advertised for sale in\n\nOklahoma, except as provided by this subarticle. If the seeds,\n\ntubers, plants, or plant parts were produced in another state or\n\nforeign country, certification by the legally constituted\n\ncertification officials of a state, country, or of the United\n\nStates, shall be sufficient.
