Stat. tit. 2, § 2-8-32","heading":"Persons subject to subarticle - Certification, what","body":"constitutes.\n\nEvery person who issues, uses, or circulates any certificate,\n\nadvertisement, tag, seal, poster, letterhead, marketing circular,\n\nwritten or printed representation, or description pertaining to\n\nseeds, tubers, plants, or plant parts intended for propagation or\n\nsale, which contains signs, symbols, maps, diagrams, pictures,\n\nwords, or phrases, including but not limited to “Oklahoma State\n\nCertified”, “State Certified”, or “Oklahoma Certified”, which\n\nexpressly or impliedly state or represent that the seeds or plant\n\nparts comply with the standards or requirements approved by the\n\nAgricultural Experiment Station and the Agricultural Extension\n\nService of the Oklahoma State University, Division of Agricultural\n\nSciences and Natural Resources, shall be subject to the provisions\n\nof this subarticle.
