Nothing in this subarticle shall be construed as requiring\n\nthe State Board of Agriculture or its representative to:\n\n1. Report for prosecution; or\n\n2. Institute seizure proceedings; or\n\n3. Issue a \"Stop Sale\" order, as a result of minor violations\n\nof this subarticle, or when the public interest will best be served\n\nby a suitable notice of violation or written warning.\n\nB. Any person adversely affected by an act, order, or ruling\n\nmade pursuant to the provisions of this subarticle may within forty-\n\nfive (45) days bring action in the Oklahoma County District Court\n\nfor judicial review.\n\nC. Any person who uses any information acquired concerning any\n\nmethod, records, formulations, or processes which is entitled to\n\nprotection as a trade secret for personal advantage, or reveals that\n\ninformation to other than the Board, or the courts when relevant in\n\nany judicial proceeding, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
