Its labeling is false or misleading in any particular;\n\n2. It is distributed under the name of another commercial feed;\n\n3. It is not labeled as required in Section 8-41.5 of this\n\ntitle;\n\n4. It purports to be or is represented as a commercial feed, or\n\nif it purports to contain or is represented as containing a\n\ncommercial feed ingredient, unless the commercial feed or feed\n\ningredient conforms to the definition, if any, prescribed by the\n\nState Board of Agriculture; and\n\n5.
