The manufacture or distribution of any commercial feed that\n\nis adulterated or misbranded;\n\n2. The adulteration or misbranding of any commercial feed;\n\n3. The distribution of agricultural commodities like whole\n\nseed, hay, straw, stover, silage, cobs, husks, and hulls, which are\n\nadulterated within the meaning of paragraph 1 of Section 8-41.7 of\n\nthis title;\n\n4. The removal or disposal of a commercial feed in violation of\n\nan order under Section 8-41.12 of this title;\n\n5. The failure or refusal to obtain a commercial feed license\n\nin accordance with Section 8-41.4 of this title;\n\n6. The violation of subsection C of Section 8-41.13 of this\n\ntitle; and\n\n7.
