Stat. tit. 2, § 2-8-77.13","heading":"Adulteration","body":"No person shall distribute an adulterated fertilizer product. A\n\nfertilizer shall be adulterated if:\n\n1. It contains any deleterious or harmful substance in\n\nsufficient amount to render it injurious to beneficial plant life,\n\nanimals, humans, aquatic life, soil, or water when applied in\n\naccordance with directions for use on the label;\n\n2. If adequate warning statements or directions for use which\n\nmay be necessary to protect plant life, animals, humans, aquatic\n\nlife, soil, or water are not shown upon the label;\n\n3. Its composition falls below or differs from that which it is\n\npurported to possess by its labeling; or\n\n4.
