The annual license fee for persons operating a business\n\nengaged in the distribution or sale of fertilizer shall be Fifty\n\nDollars ($50.00) and expire on a date to be determined by the State\n\nBoard of Agriculture.\n\nB. All fertilizer dealers shall obtain a license from the Board\n\nfor each business location.\n\nC. An application for license shall include:\n\n1. The name and address of licensee; and\n\n2. The name and address of each business location in the state.\n\nThe licensee shall inform the Board in writing of additional\n\nbusiness locations established during the period of the license.\n\nD. No person, whose name appears on the label, shall distribute\n\nin this state fertilizer until it is registered with the Board by\n\nsuch person. An application for each brand and product name of each\n\ngrade of fertilizer shall be made on a form furnished by the Board.\n\nUpon the approval of an application by the Board, a copy of the\n\nregistration shall be furnished to the applicant. A distributor\n\nshall not be required to register any fertilizer which is already\n\nregistered under the Oklahoma Fertilizer Act by another person,\n\nprovided the label does not differ in any respect.\n\nE. Registrations for commercial fertilizer products sold in\n\nbulk quantities or packages of greater than thirty (30) pounds shall\n\nbe permanent unless cancelled by the registrant or the Board.\n\nF. 1. Registrations for specialty fertilizer products sold in\n\npackages of less than thirty (30) pounds shall pay a one-hundred-\n\ndollar registration fee for each product.\n\n2. Specialty fertilizer product registrations shall expire on\n\nJune 30 of each year.\n\n3. If the Board finds any specialty fertilizer products that\n\nhave not been registered, a penalty of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00)\n\nper product will be assessed. The penalty shall be added to the\n\nregistration fee and payment shall be made within thirty (30) days\n\nafter receipt of notice.\n\nG. A custom blender shall not be required to register each\n\ngrade of fertilizer formulated according to specifications which are\n\nfurnished by the final consumer prior to mixing, but shall be\n\nrequired to be licensed and shall be the guarantor of that custom\n\nblend.\n\nH. An application for registration shall include the following:\n\n1. The brand and grade;\n\n2. The guaranteed analysis;\n\n3. Name and address of the registrant;\n\n4. Net weight for packaged fertilizer; and\n\n5.
