Containers of fertilizer distributed in this state shall\n\nhave placed on or affixed to the container a label setting forth in\n\nclearly legible and conspicuous form the following information:\n\n1. Net weight;\n\n2. Brand and grade;\n\n3. Guaranteed analysis; and\n\n4. Name and address of the registrant/licensee.\n\nB. In case of bulk shipments, this information in written or\n\nprinted form shall accompany delivery.\n\nC.
