The methods of sampling and analysis shall be those adopted\n\nby the Association of Official Analytical Chemists. In cases not\n\ncovered by these methods, or in cases where methods are available in\n\nwhich improved applicability has been demonstrated, the State Board\n\nof Agriculture may adopt appropriate methods from other sources.\n\nB. The Board, in determining for administrative purposes,\n\nwhether any fertilizer is deficient in plant food, shall be guided\n\nsolely by the official sample as defined in Section 8-77.3 of Title\n\n2 of the Oklahoma Statutes and obtained and analyzed as provided for\n\nin subsection A of this section.\n\nC.
