Agricultural liming materials sold, offered, or exposed for\n\nsale in the state shall have affixed in a conspicuous manner on the\n\noutside of each package a plainly printed, stamped or marked label,\n\ntag, or statement, or in the case of bulk sales, a delivery slip or\n\ninvoice, setting forth the following information:\n\n1. The name and principal office address of the manufacturer or\n\ndistributor;\n\n2. The brand or trade name of the material;\n\n3. The identification of the product as to the type of the\n\nagricultural liming material;\n\n4. The net weight of the agricultural liming material; and\n\n5. The minimum percentage of Effective Calcium Carbonate\n\nEquivalent (ECCE) guaranteed.\n\nB. No information or statement shall appear on any package,\n\nlabel, delivery slip, or advertising that is false or misleading to\n\nthe purchaser as to the quality, analysis, type, or composition of\n\nthe agricultural liming material.\n\nC. In the case of any adulterated material subsequent to\n\npackaging, labeling, or loading and before delivery to the consumer,\n\na plainly marked notice shall be affixed by the vendor to the\n\npackage or delivery slip to identify the kind and degree of\n\nadulteration.\n\nD. At every site from which agricultural liming materials are\n\ndelivered in bulk and at every place where consumer orders for bulk\n\ndeliveries are placed, there shall be conspicuously posted a copy of\n\nthe statement required by this section for each brand of material.\n\nE. Each separately identified product or each effective calcium\n\ncarbonate equivalent shall be registered before being distributed in\n\nthis state. The application for registration shall be submitted to\n\nthe Board on forms furnished. Upon approval, a copy of the\n\nregistration shall be furnished to the applicant. The registration\n\nshall contain the labeling information required in subsection A of\n\nthis section. Registrations shall be permanent unless canceled by\n\nthe registrant or by the Board.\n\nF.
