Any agricultural liming material offered for sale, sold, or\n\ndistributed in this state in bags, barrels, or other containers\n\nshall have placed on or affixed to the container in written or\n\nprinted form the information required by subsection A of Section 8-\n\n80.3 of this title, either:\n\n1. On tags affixed to the end of the package between the ears\n\nor on the sewn end or both between the ears and on the sewn end; or\n\n2. Directly on the package in a manner as determined by the\n\nBoard.\n\nB.
