Stat. tit. 2, § 2-8-80.5","heading":"Compliance with act - Toxic materials prohibited -","body":"Administrative penalty.\n\nA. No agricultural liming material shall be sold or offered for\n\nsale in this state unless it complies with provisions of the\n\nOklahoma Agricultural Liming Materials Act or rules promulgated\n\nthereto.\n\nB. No agricultural liming material shall be sold or offered for\n\nsale in this state that contains toxic materials in quantities\n\ninjurious to plants or animals.\n\nC. If an analysis shows that a commercial agricultural liming\n\nmaterial falls below the guaranteed analysis, the State Board of\n\nAgriculture may require the payment of an administrative penalty to\n\nthe consumer in the amount of the current value of the deficiency.\n\nAll administrative penalties assessed pursuant to this section shall\n\nbe paid to the consumer represented by the sample analyzed within\n\nthirty (30) days after the date of notice from the Board to the\n\nguarantor, with receipts taken and promptly forwarded to the Board.\n\nIf the consumers cannot be found, the amount of the penalty shall be\n\nforwarded to the Board and be deposited in the State Department of\n\nAgriculture Revolving Fund.","path":["OK Code","Title 2"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os2.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"4efa72d67a4d35dc44b147f8448842a1ce2adc572250beb0e8b6b27266c50d47","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-2-2-8-80.4","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-2-2-8-80.6"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
