It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in the\n\nspreading of liming materials on properties belonging to others\n\nunless the person has a current vendor's license issued by the State\n\nBoard of Agriculture.\n\nB. Application for a license shall be in the form prescribed by\n\nthe Board and shall state the name and address of the applicant and\n\nthe number of spreader trucks or similar vehicles to be used by the\n\napplicant. The application shall be accompanied by an annual\n\nlicense fee of Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00).
