For the purpose of helping to defray the expenses of\n\ninspection, administering, and carrying out the provisions of the\n\nOklahoma Agricultural Liming Materials Act, an inspection fee of ten\n\ncents ($0.10) per ton shall be paid to the State Board of\n\nAgriculture on all agricultural liming material sold or distributed\n\nfor use within this state.\n\nB. All agricultural liming material fees collected shall be\n\ndeposited in the State Department of Agriculture Revolving Fund.\n\nC. Manufacturers, importers, and other guarantors distributing\n\nagricultural liming materials in the state shall file with the Board\n\nnot later than the last day of January and July of each year, a\n\nsemiannual report on forms furnished by the Board setting forth the\n\nnumber of net tons of agricultural liming material distributed in\n\nthis state during the preceding six (6) calendar months. This\n\nreport shall be accompanied by payment of the inspection fee. If no\n\nlime was sold or distributed in this state for the semiannual\n\nperiod, manufacturers shall submit a statement reflecting that\n\ninformation and shall remit a minimum fee of Five Dollars ($5.00).\n\nThe Board shall have authority to audit records of each person to\n\ndetermine the accuracy of these reports.\n\nD. Any agricultural liming material on which the inspection fee\n\nhas not been paid shall be subject to a stop-sale, removal order, or\n\nseizure.\n\nE. The Board may publish and distribute semiannually or\n\nannually to each person, distributor, registrant, licensee, and\n\nother interested persons a report showing the tons of agricultural\n\nliming material sold in Oklahoma.
