The State Board of Agriculture may issue and enforce a\n\nwritten or printed \"stop-sale order\" to the owner or custodian of\n\nany agricultural liming materials, to hold the materials at a\n\ndesignated place when it finds agricultural liming materials are\n\nbeing offered or exposed for sale in violation of any of the\n\nprovisions of the Oklahoma Agricultural Liming Materials Act or\n\nrules until:\n\n1. The owner or custodian is in compliance with the Oklahoma\n\nAgricultural Liming Materials Act; and\n\n2. The agricultural liming materials are released in writing by\n\nthe Board or its authorized agent; or\n\n3. The violation has been legally disposed of by written\n\nauthority.\n\nB.
