Each container of a soil amendment shall be labeled on the\n\nface or display side in a readable and conspicuous form to show the\n\nfollowing information:\n\n1. The net weight of the contents;\n\n2. The name of the product;\n\n3. The guaranteed analysis;\n\n4. A statement as to the purpose of the product;\n\n5. Adequate directions for use; and\n\n6. The name and address of the registrant.\n\nB. Bulk lots shall be labeled by attaching a copy of the label\n\nto the invoice that shall be furnished to the purchaser.\n\nC. The State Board of Agriculture may require proof of claims\n\nmade for any soil amendment. If no claims are made, the Board may\n\nrequire proof of usefulness and value of the soil amendment. For\n\nevidence of proof the Board may rely on experimental data,\n\nevaluations, or advice supplied from sources including but not\n\nlimited to the Director of the Agricultural Experiment Station. The\n\nexperimental design shall be related to Oklahoma conditions for\n\nwhich the product is intended. The Board may accept or reject other\n\nsources of proof as additional evidence in evaluating soil\n\namendments.\n\nD. No soil amending ingredient may be listed or guaranteed on\n\nthe labels or labeling of soil amendments without Board approval.\n\nE. The Board may allow a soil amending ingredient to be listed\n\nor guaranteed on the label or labeling if satisfactory supportive\n\ndata is provided the Board to substantiate the value and usefulness\n\nof the soil amending ingredients. The Board may rely on outside\n\nsources including but not limited to the Director of the\n\nAgricultural Experiment Station for assistance in evaluating the\n\ndata submitted.\n\nF. If the Board approves the listing of guarantee of a soil\n\namending ingredient, it shall be subject to inspection and analysis.\n\nG. The Board may prescribe methods and procedures of inspection\n\nand analysis of the soil amending ingredient.
