Each soil amendment product shall be registered with the\n\nState Board of Agriculture before it is distributed in this state.\n\nApplication for registration shall be submitted to the Board, on a\n\nform, showing the information required on the label, as provided in\n\nSection 8-85.4 of this title and rules promulgated pursuant thereto,\n\nexcept net weight of product.\n\nB. The registration fee shall be One Hundred Dollars ($100.00)\n\nfor each product.\n\nC. All registrations shall expire on December 31 of the year\n\nfor which the soil amendment product is registered.\n\nD. The applicant shall submit with the application for\n\nregistration a copy of the label and a copy of all advertisements,\n\nbrochures, posters, and television and radio announcements to be\n\nused in promoting the sale of the soil amendment.\n\nE.
