Stat. tit. 2, § 2-8-85.7","heading":"Stop sale, stop use or removal order","body":"The State Board of Agriculture may issue and enforce a written\n\nor printed stop sale, stop use, or removal order to the owner or\n\ncustodian of any lot of soil amendment, and shall hold such lot of\n\nsoil amendment at a designated place when the Board finds a soil\n\namendment is being offered or exposed for sale that is not\n\nregistered, is not labeled, is misbranded, or is adulterated, until\n\nthe time when the product or labeling complies with this act.
