Every application for a livestock auction market license\n\nshall be on a form prescribed by the State Board of Agriculture.\n\nEach license shall expire at a time specified by the Board by rule.\n\nA fee of Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) shall be charged and collected\n\nfor the issuance or renewal of the license. Any license may be\n\ndenied, revoked, suspended, or not renewed by the Board, after due\n\nnotice in writing and an opportunity to be heard has been given to\n\nthe holder, upon:\n\n1. The failure of the holder to comply with the corporate\n\nsurety bond or account requirements; or\n\n2. The failure of the licensee to comply with any of the\n\nprovisions of Section 6-102 of this title, the Livestock Auction\n\nMarket Act, or any rule promulgated thereto.\n\nB. The Board shall promulgate rules to effectuate the\n\nprovisions of this section. The rules may include, but not be\n\nlimited to, requiring:\n\n1. The submission of financial documents;\n\n2. The disclosure of all persons having a financial interest in\n\nthe applicant and the amount and nature of the interest;\n\n3. Proof that the applicant meets registration requirements of\n\nthe Federal Packers and Stockyards Act of 1921, as amended; and\n\n4. The submission of any other information reasonably\n\ncalculated to enable the Board to make the determination required by\n\nthis section.\n\nC.
