Every person operating or conducting a livestock auction\n\nmarket shall make, and keep for two (2) years, a record showing an\n\nidentifying description, vehicle license tag number, and the names\n\nand addresses of the buyer and seller of livestock consigned for\n\nsale at livestock auction markets. The records shall be open to\n\ninspection during reasonable business hours by any authorized agent\n\nemployed by the State Board of Agriculture.\n\nB. Any records required to be kept pursuant to subsection A of\n\nthis section may not be removed from the premises by an authorized\n\nagent without the express authority of the person who has\n\njurisdiction over the records or except as authorized by a court of\n\nlaw.
