No person shall buy or offer to buy livestock on the\n\npremises owned and used by a person operating a livestock auction\n\nmarket before the livestock has been regularly consigned for sale.\n\nB. No person, with the intent to defraud, shall offer for sale\n\nany livestock at a livestock auction market in any name other than\n\nthat of the seller. Any person, with the intent to defraud, who\n\nattempts to sell or sells livestock under a false name or a name\n\nother than that of the seller shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.\n\nC. No person shall offer for sale any livestock at a livestock\n\nauction market with the intent to defraud. For the purposes of this\n\nsubsection, it shall be considered an attempt by the seller to\n\ndefraud if livestock identified previously for sale are not the same\n\nlivestock offered or sold at a livestock market auction.
