Every livestock dealer shall maintain written records as\n\nrequired by the Federal Packers and Stockyards Act of 1921, as\n\namended, and any other written records that are necessary and\n\nadequate to determine the sources and disposition of livestock that\n\nare, or have been, in the dealer's possession within the previous\n\ntwenty-four (24) months.\n\nB. The State Board of Agriculture shall have access to examine\n\nthe records of all livestock dealers within reasonable working\n\nhours.\n\nC.
