Any person who has incurred damages as a result of the\n\nCompetitive Livestock Markets Act may bring an action to:\n\n1. Obtain a declaratory judgment that an act or practice\n\nviolates the Competitive Livestock Markets Act; or\n\n2. Enjoin or obtain a restraining order against a packer who is\n\nviolating the Competitive Livestock Markets Act.\n\nB.
