Each application for a charter shall include the name used\n\nby the warehouse and the name shall be shown on the charter. No\n\nwarehouse shall be operated by or under any name other than that\n\nshown on the charter.\n\nB. No charter shall be issued or remain valid if the applicant\n\nor warehouseman has:\n\n1. Failed to meet or maintain the financial or surety\n\nrequirements;\n\n2. Filed an incomplete or fraudulent application or report;\n\n3. Inadequate facilities to properly store and maintain\n\ncommodities;\n\n4. Failed to properly store commodities or maintain the quality\n\nand quantity of commodities in storage;\n\n5. Failed to pay required fees; or\n\n6.
