When requested by the State Board of Agriculture, any\n\nwarehouseman, who stores or handles for storage commodities shall\n\nmake a report to the Board concerning the condition, conduct,\n\noperation, and business of each public warehouse the warehouseman\n\noperates and the commodities stored at each location.\n\nB. Any warehouseman who stores or handles for storage\n\ncommodities shall permit any authorized agent to enter and audit\n\neach warehouse, its contents, examine all warehouse receipts and\n\nscale tickets, examine all deferred price and deferred payment\n\ncontracts, examine all records involving the sale or purchase of\n\ncommodities to or from other warehouses or persons, verify all\n\nrecords related to forwarded grain or grain in transit, and the\n\nstorage and financial records. The public warehouseman shall render\n\nany assistance required by the Board in checking any condition or\n\nbooks in connection with each location or warehouse.\n\nC. The authority granted the Board in this section shall\n\ninclude all warehouse receipts, scale tickets, deferred price and\n\ndeferred payment contracts, forwarded grain or grain in transit,\n\nsales or purchases of commodities to or from other warehouses or\n\npersons, commodities and open storage records. The Board shall\n\nverify the accuracy of commodity open storage records when\n\ncommodities are stored at other locations.\n\nD. 1. The Board shall make at least one inspection or\n\nexamination annually of each state chartered warehouse. The Board\n\nshall charge a fee, that when used in conjunction with available\n\nappropriated funds is sufficient to pay the cost of each examination\n\nor inspection. A warehouseman may request an additional inspection\n\nor examination at a fee commensurate with the actual cost. All\n\ninspection or examination fees collected shall be deposited in the\n\nState Department of Agriculture Revolving Fund.\n\n2. The Board may enter cooperative agreements with the United\n\nStates Department of Agriculture for warehouse inspections.\n\n3.
