Each state-chartered warehouseman shall insure and keep\n\ninsured, in the warehouseman's own name, all of the commodities in\n\nstore, received for storage, or handled for storage for the full\n\nmarket value of the commodities, against loss or damage by fire,\n\nlightning, inherent explosion, windstorm, cyclone, or tornado.\n\nB. In the event of any loss or damage to the commodities or the\n\nwarehouse, the warehouseman shall immediately notify the State Board\n\nof Agriculture and at the expense of the warehouseman promptly take\n\nthe steps necessary to collect any monies which may be due as\n\nindemnity for the loss or damage.\n\nC.
