Stat. tit. 2, § 2-9-35","heading":"Unlawful acts - Commodity storage and receipts -","body":"Penalties.\n\nAny warehouseman, manager, or other employee of a public\n\nwarehouse, who issues or aids in issuing a warehouse receipt for any\n\ncommodities, without knowing that the commodities have actually been\n\nplaced in a public warehouse, who delivers any commodities from a\n\npublic warehouse without the surrender and cancellation of the\n\nwarehouse receipt, or who fails to mark the depositor's receipt\n\n“Cancelled” on the delivery of the commodities, shall, upon\n\nconviction, be guilty of a Class D1 felony offense.
