Stat. tit. 2, § 2-9-37","heading":"Unlawful acts - Deposit of encumbered commodities without","body":"notice to warehouse - Procurement of receipts by false statement of\n\nmaterial fact - Penalties.\n\nAny person who deposits or attempts to deposit in a public\n\nwarehouse any commodities upon which a lien or mortgage exists,\n\nwithout notifying the manager of the public warehouse, and any\n\nperson who, in order to procure any warehouse receipt, knowingly\n\nmakes any false statement of material fact shall, upon conviction,\n\nbe guilty of a Class D3 felony offense.
