Stat. tit. 20, § 20-1002","heading":"Destruction of files and records in misdemeanor and","body":"traffic cases.\n\nThat the court clerk of each district court is hereby directed\n\nand ordered to destroy, or sell for salvage, or give to any\n\nreligious, fraternal or patriotic organization, for sale, all\n\npapers, files and records in misdemeanor and traffic cases, except\n\ndocket books, in the Justice of the Peace Courts, County Courts,\n\nSpecial Sessions Courts or Common Pleas Courts and all papers, files\n\nand records in civil actions, except docket books, in the Justice of\n\nthe Peace Courts and Special Sessions Courts after a period of five\n\n(5) years shall have elapsed since any pleading has been filed or\n\naction taken in said case.
