Stat. tit. 20, § 20-101.1","heading":"Orders and other acts outside county in which cause","body":"pending.\n\nA judge of the district court, when sitting in any county of the\n\ndistrict, may make any order of a nature not requiring notice and\n\nhearing, in any cause pending in any county of the district; and he\n\nalso may sign the journal entry of any order, judgment or decree\n\ntheretofore made in any other county of the district if such journal\n\nentry be approved as to form by all parties affected thereby, or by\n\ntheir attorneys.
