Stat. tit. 20, § 20-106.1","heading":"Court reporters - Determination of number needed","body":"The Supreme Court, with the aid of the Administrative Director\n\nof the Courts, shall determine the number of full-time and part-time\n\ncourt reporters that may be appointed in each judicial\n\nadministrative district of the state in the manner as hereinafter\n\nprovided by this act. In determining how many court reporters are\n\nneeded in each administrative district the Supreme Court shall\n\nconsider the following factors: (1) case loads in the administrative\n\ndistrict; (2) the number of district judges, associate district\n\njudges and special judges in the administrative district; (3) the\n\nnumber of cities and towns within each administrative district in\n\nwhich regular court sessions are held and the distance in road miles\n\nbetween each; and (4) any other factor deemed relevant by the\n\nSupreme Court.
