Stat. tit. 20, § 20-106.2","heading":"Appointment of reporters - Oath","body":"The Supreme Court shall certify in writing to the Presiding\n\njudge of each judicial administrative district, the number of full-\n\ntime and part-time court reporters that may be appointed within said\n\njudicial administrative district, provided that each district judge\n\nshall have a court reporter, who shall serve at the pleasure of said\n\ndistrict judge.\n\nEach district judge shall appoint a court reporter, and\n\nadditional court reporters within a judicial administrative district\n\nshall be appointed by the presiding judge of such district, to serve\n\nat his pleasure within the district.
