Stat. tit. 20, § 20-106.5","heading":"Admissibility of transcripts as evidence","body":"Any transcript of notes, duly certified as correct by the\n\nreporter who took the evidence, and filed with the clerk of the\n\ncourt in which the cause was tried, shall be admissible as evidence\n\nin all cases, of like force and effect, as testimony taken in the\n\ncause by deposition, and subject to the same objection, a transcript\n\nof said notes may be incorporated into any appellate record. If any\n\nreporter ceases to be the official reporter of the court, and\n\nthereafter makes a transcript of the notes taken by him while acting\n\nas official reporter, he shall swear to the transcript as true and\n\ncorrect and when so verified, the transcript shall have the same\n\nforce and effect as if certified while he was an official reporter.\n\nA transcript of the notes of any reporter of the State Industrial\n\nCourt, when certified or verified by such reporter who took the\n\nevidence in any hearing before such Industrial Court or any official\n\nthereof in any proceedings pending before such court, shall have the\n\nsame force and effect as a transcript by a court reporter above\n\nmentioned, when such transcript is offered as a deposition in\n\nevidence in any subsequent trial or proceedings before any court of\n\nrecord wherein the parties are the same as the parties who took part\n\nin the proceedings before the State Industrial Court; that is, the\n\nsame parties as the claimant and respondent before the Industrial\n\nCourt; provided that, if such party, who is claimant before the\n\nIndustrial Court, is deceased, then the provisions hereof shall\n\napply if the subsequent action is by the personal representative of\n\nsuch deceased party in an action for wrongful death.","path":["OK Code","Title 20"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os20.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"717e53835393ed41264e840f00e33b99ee1a713be2b05f3118c255863dd4e430","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-20-20-106.4a","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-20-20-106.6"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
