Stat. tit. 20, § 20-11","heading":"Jury, how secured","body":"The Supreme Court, or the member thereof designated to try said\n\nissue of fact, shall by order direct the clerk of said Court to\n\nissue an open venire for twenty-four persons having the\n\nqualification of jurors in the district court, to be drawn from the\n\nbody of the state, which venire shall state the time and place said\n\njurors shall appear. The venire shall be issued to and served and\n\nreturned by the marshal of said Court. If any of said jurors shall\n\nbe disqualified to serve, the court may summon other jurors, in the\n\nmanner provided by law, to complete said panel.
