Stat. tit. 20, § 20-1109","heading":"\"Justice or judge\" to include Administrative Director of","body":"the Courts.\n\nThe term \"Justice or judge,\" as used in connection with judicial\n\nretirement, shall include the Administrative Director of the Courts.\n\nThe person holding that constitutional office at the effective date\n\nof this act may secure credit for his prior years of service with\n\nthe judiciary by paying, within thirty (30) days of the effective\n\ndate of this act, the amount of contributions he would have paid to\n\nthe Judicial Retirement System had he been a member thereof since\n\nJanuary 13, 1969.
