A county law library may be established in each county of\n\nthis state. Law libraries in counties having a population of less\n\nthan three hundred thousand (300,000) shall be established and\n\noperated in accordance with rules adopted by the Supreme Court. Law\n\nlibraries in counties having a population of three hundred thousand\n\n(300,000) or more shall be established and operated in accordance\n\nwith Section 1202 et seq. of this title.\n\nB. County law libraries shall be open to the judges of the\n\nstate, to state officials, to all the judges of the district, to all\n\ncounty officials, to the members of the Bar, and to the inhabitants\n\nof the county, free of charge under proper regulation provided, the\n\nAdministrative Director of the Courts with approval of the Chief\n\nJustice shall establish uniform reasonable charges for the use of\n\nservices and equipment, including, but not limited to, computer-\n\nassisted research, computers, facsimile machines, copiers, and\n\ntelephone lines.","path":["OK Code","Title 20"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os20.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"698cdfcbdd5c2b0d0d0fad7656d76414f1c6f3840b287a0fdf0f96dd84b651af","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-20-20-120","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-20-20-1202"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
