Unless the board of law library trustees in a county\n\nhaving a population of three hundred thousand (300,000) or more\n\nshall direct that no disbursement be made or that a lesser amount\n\nthan provided in this section be transferred, the court clerk,\n\nwithin thirty (30) days after the end of each calendar quarter,\n\nshall transfer to the Law Library Fund the funds collected for\n\ncredit to the Law Library Fund pursuant to Sections 152 and 153 of\n\nTitle 28 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\n2. In counties having a population of less than three hundred\n\nthousand (300,000), monies which are deposited into the county Law\n\nLibrary Fund shall be transferred on a quarterly basis to the Law\n\nLibrary Revolving Fund established under the authority of the\n\nSupreme Court.\n\nB. Monies in the Law Library Fund may be expended for the\n\npurchase of books, periodicals, and other related materials and\n\nlegal research services and for the establishment and maintenance of\n\nlaw libraries.\n\nC. A law library may be established at the county seat of a\n\ncounty at a suitable place provided by the county commissioners of\n\nthe county. The county commissioners may additionally provide a\n\nplace designated by the board of law library trustees in counties\n\nhaving a population of three hundred thousand (300,000) or more or\n\nby the Supreme Court in all other counties elsewhere in the county\n\nthan the county seat and there establish a branch library of the law\n\nlibrary.
