Stat. tit. 20, § 20-1204","heading":"Board of Law Library Trustees","body":"The management of said library shall be under a board of law\n\nlibrary Trustees, consisting of five (5) members, to be chosen in\n\nthe manner hereinafter provided, to-wit:\n\n(a) In counties having two or more district judges, two district\n\njudges of the county, who shall be selected by the district judges\n\nof said county, in counties having only one district judge, such\n\ndistrict judge and the associate district judge of the county.\n\n(b) The district attorney for the district that includes the\n\ncounty in which the law library is located, or an assistant district\n\nattorney who is designated by the district attorney.\n\n(c) Two members of the county bar association who shall be\n\nchosen by the members thereof.\n\nThe present members of the board of law library trustees shall\n\nremain in office until the expiration of their terms of office.","path":["OK Code","Title 20"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os20.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"337ed2a5eedbc6936bbd7bcf3440999ae1a22a22ed7f6f0162ea94eafdc6608b","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-20-20-1203","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-20-20-1205"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
