Stat. tit. 20, § 20-1209","heading":"Claims, orders and demands - Filing - Payment - Contracts","body":"- Limitation.\n\nThe claims, orders and demands of the trustees of any such law\n\nlibrary when duly made and authenticated as above provided shall be\n\nfiled with the county clerk and considered and disposed of by the\n\ntreasurer of such county out of the library fund, of which full\n\nentry and record shall be kept as in other cases. Provided that no\n\ncontracts shall be entered into for any fiscal year in excess of the\n\namount received the preceding fiscal year from such fund and such\n\nsurplus as may remain on hand for such preceding year.
