Stat. tit. 20, § 20-1210","heading":"Reports - Filing","body":"The board of trustees, on August 1 of each year, shall prepare\n\nthe following reports, a copy of which shall be filed with the\n\nAdministrative Director of the Courts:\n\n1. A financial report showing the receipts and disbursements of\n\nmoney and the total amount in the fund at the end of the fiscal\n\nyear, such report to be made on a form prescribed by the State\n\nAuditor and Inspector; and\n\n2. An inventory report of all property, number of books,\n\nperiodicals, and other publications on hand, the number added by\n\npurchase, gift or otherwise during the year, the number lost or\n\nmissing, and such other information as is requested by the\n\nAdministrative Director of the Courts.\n\nThe Administrative Director of the Courts may require additional\n\nreports when deemed necessary in the discharge of the Administrative\n\nDirector of the Courts duties.","path":["OK Code","Title 20"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os20.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"80b73113b741036681548d3ec544528a9c126bc03c92d7548030e7c9d534daaa","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-20-20-121.2","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-20-20-1211"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
