At the request of the board of trustees of the law library\n\nin a county having a population of three hundred thousand (300,000)\n\nor more, the presiding judge of an administrative district, with the\n\napproval of the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, shall be\n\nauthorized to transfer up to Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) per\n\nfiscal year from the court fund of the county in which the law\n\nlibrary is located to the Law Library Fund of that county.\n\nB. In counties having a population of less than three hundred\n\nthousand (300,000), the court fund of the county in which a law\n\nlibrary is located shall annually transfer to the Law Library\n\nRevolving Fund the following amounts:\n\n1. In counties having a population of less than ten thousand\n\n(10,000), the sum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00); and\n\n2. In counties having a population of ten thousand (10,000) or\n\nmore, but less than thirty thousand (30,000), the sum of Seven\n\nThousand Dollars ($7,000.00); and\n\n3.
