There are authorized to be appointed, two trial court\n\nadministrators, one for the Oklahoma-Canadian Counties Judicial\n\nAdministrative District and one for the Tulsa-Pawnee Counties\n\nJudicial Administrative District. The duties of a trial court\n\nadministrator shall be to assist the presiding judge of the judicial\n\nadministrative district in the performance of his administrative\n\nduties.\n\nB. A trial court administrator shall be selected by the\n\npresiding judge of the judicial administrative district in which he\n\nis to be employed, subject to confirmation by a majority of the\n\ndistrict and associate district judges in the judicial\n\nadministrative district. A trial court administrator shall serve at\n\nthe pleasure of a majority of the district and associate district\n\njudges in the judicial administrative district.\n\nC. To be eligible for appointment as a trial court\n\nadministrator, a person shall possess at least one of the following\n\nminimum qualifications:\n\n1. Be an attorney licensed to practice law in this state;\n\n2. Have a bachelor's degree in court management, or an\n\nequivalent degree; or\n\n3. Have at least ten (10) years' experience in management with\n\nsubstantial supervisory responsibility; and\n\n4. Be a graduate of the Institute for Court Management.\n\nD.
