There is hereby created until November 30, 2008, the\n\n\"Judicial and District Attorney Redistricting Task Force\". The task\n\nforce shall study:\n\n1. The redistricting of judicial districts; and\n\n2. The redistricting of district attorney districts.\n\nB. The task force shall be composed of fourteen (14) members as\n\nfollows:\n\n1. Five members appointed by the President Pro Tempore of the\n\nSenate as follows:\n\na. two members of the Judiciary Committee,\n\nb. two members of the Senate, and\n\nc. one member of the Senate to serve as cochair of the\n\ntask force;\n\n2. Five members appointed by the Speaker of the House of\n\nRepresentatives as follows:\n\na. two members of the Judiciary Committee,\n\nb. two members of the House of Representatives, and\n\nc. one member of the House of Representatives to serve as\n\ncochair of the task force;\n\n3. Two district judges appointed by the Supreme Court; and\n\n4. Two district attorneys appointed by the District Attorneys\n\nCouncil.\n\nC. The task force may meet as often as necessary to perform the\n\nduties imposed upon it. Meetings shall be called jointly by the\n\ncochairs of the task force. Members of the task force shall receive\n\nno compensation for their service, but shall receive travel\n\nreimbursement as follows:\n\n1. Legislative members of the task force shall be reimbursed\n\nfor necessary travel expenses incurred in the performance of their\n\nduties in accordance with the provisions of Section 456 of Title 74\n\nof the Oklahoma Statutes; and\n\n2. Nonlegislative members of the task force shall be reimbursed\n\nfor necessary travel expenses incurred in the performance of their\n\nduties in accordance with the State Travel Reimbursement Act.\n\nD. Staff support for the task force shall be provided by the\n\nstaffs of the Oklahoma State Senate and the Oklahoma House of\n\nRepresentatives.
