Stat. tit. 20, § 20-1304A","heading":"Publication of court dockets in certain counties -","body":"Payment of expenses.\n\nIn each county with a population of more than two hundred\n\nthousand (200,000) according to the latest Federal Decennial Census,\n\nthe chief judge of the district court may, with the concurrence of\n\nthe majority of the district judges regularly serving in the county,\n\nauthorize the publication of court dockets in a daily newspaper\n\ndesignated by order of such judges, which newspaper is qualified by\n\nlaw to publish legal notices. The cost of such service shall be\n\npaid for by the court clerk out of the court fund on a monthly\n\nbasis. It shall be computed by multiplying the number of all civil\n\ncases filed during the preceding month, save and except small claims\n\nsuits and juvenile, mental health, habeas corpus and paternity\n\nproceedings, by the sum of Three Dollars ($3.00). The amount so\n\ncomputed shall be paid to the designated newspaper publisher upon a\n\nverified claim presented to the court clerk.
